  • Cream Cheese
    40 g
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black Pepper

  • Spinach
    10 g
  • Millet flour
    10 g
  • Semolina
    10 g

Directions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese with the cream cheese.
  2. Add the yolk, season with salt and black pepper to taste, sift the flour and mix.
  3. Finally, add the chopped spinach and flax seeds and incorporate.
  4. Form 50 gr balls.
  5. Roll them in semolina flour and give them the desired shape.
  6. Transfer onto a tray and bake for 35-40 minutes at 160°C with the fan setting.
  7. Take out and serve the delicious cottage cheese pancakes with our fine and creamy sour cream.
  8. Enjoy!
