Pie with mozarella

Directions

1. ✅ We laugh through the mozarella grater.
2. ✅ Mix in a bowl, cow cheese, feta cheese, scraped mozarella, egg & a little salt.
3. ✅ Place 3 fillo sheets, in a form anointing each thin layer of melted butter.
4. ✅ the next 5 sheets are placed on the edge.
5. ✅ We spread the filling & wrap the free edges of the sheets.
6. ✅ Above we design a veil & put over the sheets, grease with butter, make a light cut on the top sheets of the dough.
7. ✅ Bake about 40 minutes- temperature 180 C.
8. ✅ Remove from the oven & serve the hot pie. Enjoy your meal !!!
