For the dough, mix the milk, sugar, salt, and fresh yeast.
Leave it for 15 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add the flour, knead for 10 minutes, shaping the dough into a ball.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest again for 20 minutes.
Lay out the sheets one by one, each with a diameter of 16 cm, generously brush them with oil, and stack them on a plate. Cover them and let them rest for 30 minutes.
For the filling, mix the cottage cheese, egg, and salt.
Spread the sheets one by one on the work surface greased with oil, add the filling, and roll.
Transfer the pies to a tray, brush with egg yolk, and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
