  • Dark chocolate

Directions

  1. For the Dough, mix all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, form a ball and roll it out into a 36x13 cm shape.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Prick with a fork in places, cover with baking foil, add weight and bake for 15 minutes at 170 °C.
  4. Remove the weight and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  5. For the Filling: Mix the coconut flakes with the condensed milk.
  6. Melt the chocolate with the cream in a double boiler or microwave.
  7. Add and level the coconut filling over the cooled crust.
  8. Place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  9. Add the melted chocolate over the filling and refrigerate for a few hours.
  10. Remove, decorate with balls shaped from the filling and rolled in coconut flakes.
