Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to temperature 180 C. Grease a round tray, diameter: 20 cm with butter, then cover with parchment paper.
  2. For the dough, the butter melts in the microwave oven and allowed for a few minutes to cool.
  3. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and mix until homogenized.
  4. Add, almond flour, coconut, baking powder, salt powder and lemon peel. Beat again until it is combined.
  5. Pour the dough into the prepared shape and bake for 40 minutes. Cool, cut into slices and you can serve :) Enjoy your meal!
