Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 20 cm round baking pan with butter, then line it with parchment paper.
  2. For the dough, melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool for a few minutes.
  3. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, and mix until smooth.
  4. Add the almond flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest. Beat again until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Cool, slice, and enjoy : ) Bon appétit!
