Directions

  1. Mix raspberries with a tablespoon of powdered sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add the sifted flour and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the cream a little at a time, then the milk. You'll get a very runny batter, similar to pancake batter. This is normal.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (30–32 cm in diameter). Add raspberries here and there and bake for 50 minutes at 190°C.
  5. When the edges are golden and the center is cooked through, the pie is ready! Cool and enjoy!
