Pour the milk into a container, add the gelatin and mix.
Let it swell for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add: cottage cheese, honey and chopped banana.
Mix with a blender until we get a smooth composition, pour in the gelatin melted in the microwave or in a steam bath, mix until incorporated with a whisk.
Pour the mixture into molds or jars, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Decorate the jelly with chopped chocolate, serve for breakfast or dessert.
