Directions

  1. In the bowl of a kitchen robot combines, flour, hard cheese, rosemary, salt & salt powder.
  2. Add the soft butter & pulse until it is combined, in a broken mixture.
  3. Add the dough to a plastic foil, gather in a flat, wrap and cool disk for 1 hour.
  4. Spread the dough between 2 sheets, place herbs on the surface of the dough.
  5. We cut circles of 4 cm, transfer to a baking tray & bake 15 minutes- temperature 170 C, or until the biscuits begin to become golden at the edges.
  6. We completely cool & we enjoy it! Enjoy your meal!
