Directions

  1. For the dough, mix 15g melted butter with 50g sugar, pour in the milk, and add the vanilla seeds. Sift flour with baking powder, mix again.
  2. Transfer the dough into a mold with a diameter of 14-16 cm.
  3. Place the pear slices. Drizzle with the remaining butter and sugar. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Take it out, let it cool, and enjoy. Bon appétit!
