Directions

  1. In a saucepan add the butter and chopped onion, calm 4 minutes.
  2. Add the rice and we calm down 3-4 minutes.
  3. We pour water a little until it is incorporated into rice.
  4. Add the chopped spinach, cedar nuts, pesto sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. We serve the soup with hard cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
