Risotto with spinach and pesto sauce

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add the butter and chopped onion, sauté for 4 minutes.
  2. Add the rice and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in water a little at a time until it is incorporated into the rice.
  4. Add the finely chopped spinach, pine nuts, pesto sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the soup with hard cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Enjoy!
