Directions

  1. In a well-heated pan we add 2 tablespoons of oil and a tablespoon of butter,
  2. Above we add a finely chopped onion and a grated carrot through the grater.
  3. We spice to taste with salt, sweet pepper, black pepper & tomato paste, paste everything 4-5 minutes (or until softened)
  4. Take off the fire & let it cool completely.
  5. In a bowl add 1 kg minced meat, season with salt & black pepper, add the cold vegetable mixture.
  6. We stir very well (give in the refrigerator 30-40 minutes)
  7. Place 1 fillo sheet on the work table, grease with our melted butter all over the surface, repeat the procedure up to 3 sheets.
  8. We spread the meat mixture on length, then roll to the end.
  9. Cut the rolls with a thickness of 7.5 cm.
  10. We put our rolls on a tray lined with baking paper, grease them with butter and press with sesame.
  11. We give the oven too heated at 180 C, for 35-40 minutes.
  12. We serve the rolls with our cream, adjacent or your favorite sauce.
  13. Enjoy your meal!
