    500 ml

Directions

  1. Heat a pan or pot, add the butter and let it melt.
  2. Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut the potatoes into cubes and the carrots into slices, then add them to the pan.
  3. Sauté the vegetables over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden and fragrant.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the water and blend it with the melted cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour about one-third of this mixture over the sautéed vegetables, season with salt (and pepper, if desired), and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  6. Add the remaining liquid, bring the soup to a boil, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, sprinkled with freshly chopped spring onions. Enjoy!
