Directions
To begin with mix the flour with cocoa.
In another bowl, beat room temperature butter with powdered sugar, egg yolks and solid mixture.
Knead the dough well and form it into a ball.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Prepare the Frangipane cream: Whisk together the room-temperature butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix thoroughly, then add the almond flour.
Continue stirring, adding almond extract and liqueur at the end.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Take out the dough and sprinkle the work surface with flour.
Roll out carefully with a rolling pin (be careful, the dough is very delicate).

Prick with a fork in several places and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
