Directions

  1. Grate the potatoes and drain off excess liquid.
  2. Add salt and grated Căsuța Mea cheese.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Place everything into a 22cm diameter mold with a removable bottom.
  5. We form the base and walls by carefully leveling them.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Prepare the filling. In a bowl, add the eggs, milk (Căsuța Mea), sour cream (Căsuța Mea), and salt to taste.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Add grated Căsuța Mea cheese and fresh spinach.
  10. Place the filling on the potato base and bake for 40 minutes at the same temperature.
  11. Remove the pie and serve warm with sour cream.
