Danish pancake with strawberry sauce

    100 ml
  • Flour
    65 g
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Strawberry
    100 g
  • Sugar
    20 g
  • Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt.
  2. Add the eggs while continuing to beat.
  3. Sift the flour, mix until there are no lumps, pour the milk, mix and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into a well-heated, buttered pan placed in an overheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 220°C.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry sauce.
  6. Boil all the ingredients together for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the cooked pancake with yogurt and strawberry sauce. Enjoy!
