1️⃣ Melt dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter in the microwave oven.
2️⃣ Add the eggs, mix.
3️⃣ Right here, add the vanilla extract and sugar, mixing once again.
4️⃣ In the end, add the flour and salt, mix until well combined.
5️⃣ Transfer the dough into cube-shaped molds or any molds prefer, filling them halfway, and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C.
6️⃣For the sour cherry filling: in a saucepan, boil the cherries with the sugar for 2 minutes, add the cornstarch mixed with water, continue boiling for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, then let it cool completely.
7️⃣ Over the brownies, add sour cherries, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6-7 hours.
8️⃣ For the glaze, melt the chocolate with the cocoa butter, pour the glaze into a tall glass, dip each piece of cake into the glaze, and transfer onto parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, then serve.
