Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the butter very well at room temperature with the sugar, add the egg & sifted flour.
  2. We mix then knead & form a ball.
  3. We cover the dough in plastic foil & cold for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl add: sugar, cheese, eggs, vanilla essence, flour & cream.
  5. We also mix with a blender until we receive a fine composition.
  6. We remove the dough we put it in a 26 cm diagonal tray, with the fingers we spread the dough on the entire surface of the tray.
  7. We get the base with a fork at times.
  8. Add the pomas, over pour the cream.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 45-50 minutes.
  10. Serve the tart with your favorite hot drink.
  11. Enjoy your meal!
