Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the eggs with the softened butter and sugar, mix well.
  2. ✅ In this step, we add the vanilla extract. Next, add the kefir.
  3. ✅ When all the liquid ingredients are combined, collect the dry ones in a bowl: flour with cocoa and baking powder, mix well.
  4. At the end, add the poppy seeds.
  5. ✅ Transfer the dough into a piping bag.
  6. ✅ Fill 2/3 of the muffin molds and bake for 20 minutes at 160 °C.
  7. For the Cream. ✅ Heat 160 ml of cream with honey, add the chocolate and blend until smooth.
  8. ✅ Pour in the remaining cream and continue to whip.
  9. ✅ Pour 130 g of cream into a bowl, add the poppy seeds, mix, and transfer into a piping bag.
  10. ✅ Cover the remaining cream with cling film until it makes contact, and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  11. ✅ Use a special tool to cut out the center of the cupcake and fill it with poppy seed cream.
  12. ✅ Whip the cream from the fridge for about 2-3 minutes,
  13. ✅ Transfer to a pastry bag with your favorite tip and decorate the surface of the muffins, additionally you can add chocolate eggs with poppy seeds.
  14. ✅ The poppy seeds, smooth filling, and delicate cream are visible in the slice! Enjoy!
