For the dough:

  • Flour
    350 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea Premium 3.4% - 6.0%
    200 ml
  • Sugar
    10 g
  • Water
    100 ml

For the filling:

  • Oil
    20 ml
  • Salt
  • Potatoes
    500 g
  • Mushroom mix
    200 g
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 82,5%
    50 g
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion
    1 pc

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, pour the milk, water, oil, add the sugar and salt.
  2. Put it on the stove until it boils.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, sift in half of the flour and mix.
  4. On the work surface, sift the remaining flour, add the dough and knead, then form a ball.
  5. Wrap the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. First, boil the potatoes; now, using a masher, mash them, add the butter, and mix.
  7. In a well-heated pan with oil, fry the mushrooms with the diced onion.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Add the mixture on top of the mashed potatoes and mix.
  10. Prepare the dumplings. Roll out the dough, cut circles, add the filling and glue the dumplings together.
  11. Boil in a saucepan of boiling salted water.
  12. Once they float to the surface, boil for 1-2 minutes.
  13. Serve the dumplings with caramelized onion and sour cream.
  14. Enjoy!
