For the cream:

  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    2 tbsp
  • Mascarpone
    150 g

For the dough:

  • Sugar
    2 tbsp
  • Dry yeast
    7 g
  • Flour
    400 g
  • Chicken egg
    1 pc
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Oil
  • Sugar
    2 tbsp
  • Flour
    3 tbsp

For the filling:

  • Butter Căsuța Mea 82,5%
    50 g
  • Brown Sugar
    80 g
  • Cinnamon
    2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Mix warm milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of dry yeast.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix again.
  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and place it in a preheated oven at 50 °C with the door closed.
  4. Mix one egg with 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and melted butter.
  5. Add the yeast-milk mixture and mix well.
  6. Gradually add the flour, sifted beforehand to avoid lumps. Stir in the flour with a spatula, then knead the dough with your hands.
  7. Grease a bowl and place the dough in it. Cover with a towel and place in a preheated oven at 50 °C with the door closed for 2 hours.
  8. For the filling, combine the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  9. Spread the dough out on a countertop and spread the filling on top. Roll the dough out evenly and carefully cut into rolls.
  10. Place them on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes, then place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
  11. For the cream, mix mascarpone with 2 tablespoons of milk, powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  12. Spread the warm buns with cream—it'll melt and become even more delicious. Serve them immediately with a warm autumn drink.
  13. Look how fluffy the dough is! You can add nuts to the filling if desired.
