Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the chopped garlic until it turns golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped tomato, then also add thyme and dill to taste, cooking until softened.
  3. Add the oat flakes, cover with water, season with salt and pepper to taste, cook over low heat until the flakes are cooked.
  4. Finally, add the cream cheese.
  5. Serve the porridge with a poached egg (I boiled the egg for 3 minutes in water with a teaspoon of vinegar) and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
