Mix 2 tablespoons of oil with the juice of half an orange, 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Grease the pieces of salmon (350-400 gr) on all sides with the marinade and bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
For the sauce fry 2 crushed garlic cloves in 1 tbsp oil with 2 tbsp butter for 1 minute,
Remove the garlic, add 1 tbsp flour, stir, pour in 250 ml whipped cream, season with salt and black pepper to taste, simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, add 1 tablespoon of caviar, mix and serve.
