Directions

  1. Place the butter, 2 eggs and honey in a saucepan, then heat over low heat until the texture is smooth.
  2. Add baking soda and mix.
  3. Then add a tablespoon of flour and stir until there are no lumps.
  4. Gradually add all the flour and mix the dough with a spatula.
  5. Put the hot dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Then we divide it into 7 parts, roll them in flour and fry them in a dry frying pan.
  7. Mix boiled condensed milk with sour cream.
  8. Then we assemble the cake: cake layer, cream, cake layer, cream, etc.
  9. Cut off the edges we don’t need and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  10. Decorate the cake with boiled condensed milk.
