Directions

  1. Add the sugar, salt, baking powder and mix.
  2. Then add the egg and mix very well again.
  3. Form the dough with your hands, wrap it in food foil and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Beat 3 eggs with 4 tablespoons of sugar using a whisk.
  5. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly until a creamy, lump-free texture is achieved.
  6. Stretch the dough with a little flour.
  7. If it breaks, no problem, you can just put it back together later in a greased pan.
  8. Pour the filling and place the pie in the oven for 50 minutes at 160 °C.
  9. The fine and soft texture of the cream, with the crunchy countertop.
  10. The combination is perfect!
