Directions

  1. Add the sugar, salt, baking powder and mix.

  5. Add the cream and mix carefully, until you get a creamy texture without cocoons.
  6. Stretch the dough with a little flour.
  7. If it breaks, no problem, that you can only stick it later, in the tray you anointed with butter.
  8. Pour the filling and put the cake in the oven for 50 minutes, at 160 degrees Celsius.
