We pour in another shape with a diameter of 16 cm.
🥚Coce the countertops 20-25 minutes at temperature 170 C.
🥚 Remove & cool.
🥚 Mix the gelatin with water & allow to swell for 15-20 minutes.
🥚 In a saucepan we mix the sugar with the corn starch, pour the milk, mix again, put on the hob since boiling for 1 minute.
We transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with a film & give to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
🥚 In a vessel beat the cream with melted gelatin in the microwave, add the cream & continue to mix 4-5 minutes.
We transfer the cream to a confectionery bag to desire.
🥚 Pour the liqueur over the plum & let it syrup for at least 1 hour.
🥚 We cut the covers of the countertops already cooled, then each countertop.
🥚 Place a flat of cocoa in a diameter of 18 cm, cover with cream the edge & surface, press with prior plums cut into cubes.
We cover with the cream countertop & continue with the cream, plums & the rest of the countertops until we finish.
🥚 Give the cake in the fridges for at least 3 hours.
🥚 We melt the chocolate with butter in the microwave.
🥚 Pass the cream with the sugar, add the chocolate with melted butter we continue to pass 2-3 minutes with a vertical blender.
We remove the ring ring.
We pour the cream over the countertop.
- Decorate the edge of the cake with the small cocoa countertop & add plums to the desire.
🥚 Give the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to stabilize.
We cut & we enjoy.
