For the biscuits, mix the egg with the sour cream, add the rice flour, strawberry protein, baking powder, sweetener to taste and food coloring.
Mix until there are no more lumps.
Pour the dough into a silicone mold and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove and let cool completely.
In a saucepan, add the strawberries, cornstarch mixed with water,
put on the stove, stir and boil for a few minutes.
Pass through a sieve and let cool.
In a bowl, blend until you obtain a fluffy cream: cream cheese, cottage cheese, milk, and sweetener to taste.
Form the dessert in glasses:
Put the crushed biscuit, a few tablespoons of jam and a few tablespoons of cream in rows.
Continue like this until finish and fill the glasses.
