For biscuits we mix: the egg with the cream, add the rice flour, strawberry protein, baking powder, sweetener to taste & dye.
We mix until we only have cocoons.
Pour the dough into a silicone form & place in the microwave for 2 minutes.
We remove & let it cool completely.
In a saucepan add strawberries, corn starch mixed with water,
Put on the hob, mix & boil for a few minutes.
We go through a sieve & let it cool.
In a bowl we pass until we get a fluffy cream: cream cheese, cow cheese, milk & sweetener to taste.
We form the desert in the glasses:
We put in rows the minced biscuit, a few tablespoons of jam & a few tablespoons of cream.
We continue like this until we finish & fill the glasses.
