Homemade Tiramisu Truffles made with mascarpone, coffee, chocolate and Savoiardi biscuits. An elegant no-bake dessert for any celebration.

    400 g
  • Mascarpone
    200 g
  • Natural coffee
    70 ml
  • Brandy
    20 ml
  • Powdered sugar
    80 g
  • Milk Chocolate
    100 g
  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%
    180 ml
  • Cocoa Powder
    40 g

Directions

  1. First, grind the Savoiardi biscuits until you obtain fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cream with the powdered sugar, hot coffee, and brandy or liqueur.
  3. Whisk the mixture until smooth.
  4. Pour the hot sweet cream over the milk chocolate and stir until it melts completely and you obtain a smooth cream.
  5. Add the chocolate mixture over the mascarpone cream and mix well.
  6. Incorporate the crushed Savoiardi biscuits and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  7. Cover the bowl with cling film and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours, until it sets.
  8. Form small balls and roll them in powdered cocoa.
  9. Truffles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
