Directions

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease it with a little oil.
  2. Cut the zucchini rounds, transfer them into shape.
  3. Add minced chicken and grated cheese to each slice.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40–45 minutes.
  6. Serve with fresh basil.
  7. Enjoy!
