Directions

  1. For the dough, in a pot pour: milk with water, add the butter with a pinch of salt.
  2. Put it on the stove, bring it to a boil, add the sifted flour, and stir vigorously until the texture becomes smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Transfer the dough into the bowl of a food processor and incorporate 4 eggs one at a time, continuing to mix (low speed).
  4. Add 120 grams of grated cheese, mix.
  5. Transfer the dough into a pastry bag and pipe 4 cm circles onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, bake for 45 minutes at 170°C.
  7. Let the muffins cool. Cut the tops and fill them to taste with cream cheese and sour cream, adding a slice of salami, cucumber and microgreens.
  8. Serve and enjoy alongside your loved ones. Happy holidays!
