Baked peppers in cream sauce

    3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Bake the peppers in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 30-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
  2. Let them cool and peel them, then remove the seeds.
  3. Cut them to length or as you like.
  4. Saute the pepper slices in a hot pan with oil for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Pour the water into a bowl and add the flour, mix until there are no more lumps, add the sour cream and mix for 1 more minute.
  6. Pour the sauce over the peppers, season with salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano to taste.
  7. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve immediately hot with bread of your choice and greens.
  9. Enjoy!
