Bake the peppers in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 30-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
Let them cool and peel them, then remove the seeds.
Cut them to length or as you like.
Saute the pepper slices in a hot pan with oil for 4-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Pour the water into a bowl and add the flour, mix until there are no more lumps, add the sour cream and mix for 1 more minute.
Pour the sauce over the peppers, season with salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano to taste.
Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately hot with bread of your choice and greens.
