    250-300 g
  • Walnuts

Directions

  1. Place the sweet peppers in a dry pan, Ignite the skins with a gas torch until they completely crack.
  2. Shave off the peel with a knife.
  3. Cut off the pepper stems (don’t throw them away), and remove the seeds.
  4. For the filling: combine the cottage cheese with the feta cheese.
  5. Transfer the filling to a pastry bag, cut off the tip and fill the peppers.
  6. Drizzle the peppers with olive oil and garnish with microgreens before serving. Enjoy!
