Directions

  1. We mix: milk with warm water, oil, eggs at room temperature, dry yeast and sugar.
  2. Add the salt & sifted flour, mix with a spoon and then continue to knead and form a ball.
  3. We transfer the ball to a spacious vessel anointed with oil, cover with a towel or food foil.
  4. Let us grow 2 hours in a warm place.
  5. We transfer the dough to the work table, flatten & divide into 12 equal parts.
  6. We form balls, put them on the work surface greased with oil, cover with food foil and let it grow 1 hour.
  7. We form aluminum foil forms to desire (for our rolls to be higher) diameter 11.5 & height of 4.5
  8. Inside add baking sheet so as not to stick.
  9. We flatten the balls again, form them again and transfer them to the forms made.
  10. We cover with food foil, let it grow for 1 hour.
  11. We already raised bubbles grease them with water and press them with sesame.
  12. We put the rolls in the preheated oven at 190 C for 20-23 minutes.
  13. The rolls are so soft, fluffy and delicious.
