  • White chocolate

Directions

  1. Beat the softened butter, the brown sugar, and the white sugar.
  2. Add the egg and salt, continue to beat. Pour in the honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the flour, mix until combined, and finally incorporate the chocolate drops and pistachios.
  4. Shape cookies using a spoon and bake for 8 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Let the cookies cool for four minutes in the tray, then transfer to a rack. Let them cool completely. Enjoy!
