  • White sugar
    90 g
  • Wheat flour is white
    260 g
  • Salt
    1/4 tsp
  • Chicken eggs
    1 pc
  • Crushed walnuts

Directions

  1. ✅ Beat the soft butter with the sugar.
  2. ✅ Add the egg & beat again.
  3. ✅ We sift the flour with the baking powder, mix & model a ball.
  4. ✅ Stretch the thin dough (3 mm), cut circles.
  5. ✅ Grease the rings with beaten egg & sprinkle with minced nuts.
  6. ✅ Bake biscuits 15 minutes- temperature 170 C. Enjoy !!
