Mix the room temperature butter, add powdered sugar with a pinch of salt.
Break the egg, pour the vanilla extract and grate the orange zest, mix again.
Sift flour with ground almonds and baking powder.
🍊 Mix all the ingredients together until there are no more lumps.
Roll out the dough between 2 very thin parchment papers, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
🍊 Peel 2 oranges, slice them thinly into rounds.
🍊 Cut out circles of 6-7 cm, transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add sliced orange on each circle and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
Serve the powdered sugar cookies with powdered sugar.
