  • Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea 5.5%
    400 g
  • Black currant
    120 g
  • Chicken egg
    2 pc
  • Sugar
    15 g

Directions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, currants and sugar.
  2. Squeeze the liquid through a sieve, as I show. Grind the remaining liquid in a blender.
  3. Place the soufflé in a greased pan, press the currants on top and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  4. We enjoy it warm! If you replace the sugar with something else, you'll get a diet dessert.
