Directions
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, currants and sugar.
Squeeze the liquid through a sieve, as I show. Grind the remaining liquid in a blender.
Place the soufflé in a greased pan, press the currants on top and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
We enjoy it warm! If you replace the sugar with something else, you'll get a diet dessert.
