Combine the cottage cheese in a bowl, together with the vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
Blend until the texture becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Transfer the mixture into a pastry bag and fill the desired silicone molds.
Level the surface and place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
For the glaze, melt the chocolate with the cocoa butter in the microwave oven.
Dip the curds in the glaze and decorate as desired.
Transfer the curd bars onto parchment paper and place them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
