Directions

Mix the room temperature butter with the sugar.
Incorporate the eggs one by one, mixing after each one.
✅ Add the flour with the baking powder and salt, mix.
✅ Add the sour cream and mix again.
Incorporate the cherries and fill 2/3 with batter into muffin tins.
✅ Sprinkle with almond flakes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 160°C.
