Mash the bananas with a fork (the total weight of the peeled bananas is 350-370 grams), add the eggs and the vanilla extract, then mash again until smooth and uniform in texture.
Add the cottage cheese and flour, and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Take the dish out of the oven, place a banana cut lengthwise in half on top, and return it to the oven for another 20-30 minutes.
Cool the pudding completely.
