Creamy mango chia pudding made with milk, oats and honey. A healthy, refreshing breakfast or snack packed with natural goodness.

    1/2 pc
  • Oat flakes
    2 tbsp
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 2,5%
    1,25 glass
  • Honey
    1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds
    3-4 tbsp

Directions

  1. Put the mango cubes into a blender along with the oat flakes, honey, and milk.
  2. Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the chia seeds, mix well, and leave the pudding in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, until the seeds absorb the liquid and swell.
  4. Serve the pudding with fresh fruits and mint leaves. Enjoy!
