Mix the cold butter with lime and lemon zest, add almond flour and sugar, then stir together.
Pour the oil, add the flour and spices, mix again.
Roll out the dough between 2 parchment papers to a thickness of 4mm.
Put it in the freezer for an hour.
Cut out circles and bake them at 175 °C until the edges are lightly browned.
For decoration: coat the edges of the desired molds with melted pink chocolate, place them in the freezer until set, fill with chocolate nut paste, and return to the freezer until firm.
Add a drop of melted dark chocolate to the center of each biscuit, remove the chocolate from the molds, and then press them together.
