First, add the chia seeds to a bowl, together with the honey.
Pour the milk, mix well, and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours (it is ideal to prepare the chia pudding in the evening and leave it to chill overnight to enjoy it in the morning).
Chia pudding is a very versatile dessert that goes well with any type of berries or fresh fruits. It is healthy, quick, and incredibly tasty.
To complete the pudding, I added mashed persimmon, which I simply blended, and granola (I used chocolate granola with coconut chip slices).
