Directions

✅ Place the peeled or well-washed potatoes in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
✅ Add the butter into a mold and heat it for a few minutes at a temperature of 220 °C.
✅ Add the well-drained potatoes over the hot butter, stir, and bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
✅ Add the chopped garlic and herbs to taste. Enjoy!
