Directions

  1. ✅ Combine the flour with cocoa powder and baking soda.
  2. ✅ Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla extract for about 10 minutes or until the mixture becomes white and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one.
  4. ✅ Add the chopped nuts and mix until combined.
  5. ✅ Sift the dry mixture, then stir until it comes together.
  6. ✅ Finally, add the sour cream and beat at low speed until the texture becomes homogeneous.
  7. ✅ Place the dough in a pan (greased with butter and sprinkled with flour) ~ Diameter 25 cm.
  8. ✅ Bake for approximately 50 minutes at 180°C (or until a toothpick comes out clean).
  9. ✅ Let the cake cool and decorate with melted ruby chocolate and for a more special decoration add macaron biscuits, eggs and chocolate lambs.
