Directions

  1. 🍎 In the bowl of a mixer, combine the dry yeast, sugar, pour the milk and let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
  2. 🍎 Meanwhile, we mix the soft butter with milk, add the egg, and stir.
  3. 🍎 Pour the milk mixture into the one with yeast and stir.
  4. 🍎 Add the flour in 2 batches and form the dough, kneading for 5 minutes.
  5. 🍎 Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. 🍎 At this point, prepare the filling: mix the peeled apples, cut into small cubes with the sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of spices.
  7. 🍎 Caramelize the apples in a hot pan with 25g of butter.
  8. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with a thickness of 5 mm.
  9. 🍎 Spread the apple caramel filling in an even layer.
  10. 🍎 Roll the dough tightly, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  11. 🍎 Transfer to a baking dish, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 15 minutes.
  12. 🍎 Bake for 30 minutes at 175 °C.
  13. For the cream: 🍎 Mix the ingredients together.
  14. 🍎 Add it over the hot buns and serve immediately. Enjoy!
