Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the oil, white wine and a pinch of salt. Add the flour with the baking powder, mix until no lumps remain.
  2. Add the diced smoked meat, grated cheese, sliced olives and round olives, previously sautéed onion, chopped dill and a pinch of black pepper,
  3. Mix everything until all the ingredients combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking pan measuring 20x12 cm, lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Take out the cake, let it cool for 15 minutes and enjoy it with pleasure. Enjoy!
