Directions

  1. Sift: the flour with the cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, then mix.
  2. In another bowl, beat the room temperature butter with the sugar until we obtain a fluffy texture.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, add the cream and the solid ingredients, mixing until combined.
  4. In the end, incorporate finely chopped forest nuts with dried and fresh cranberries.
  5. Transfer the dough into a 20 cm diameter pan, greased with butter, and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C. Remove and cool on a plate.
  6. For the glaze, melt: white chocolate with honey, oil, and cream. We add the chopped hazelnuts, mix, and pour over the cooled cake.
  7. Put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, then we take it out and decorate it with walnuts, tea petals and mint. Enjoy!
