Beat the butter at room temperature with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Add the eggs and beat for another 5 minutes. In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt.
Add half of the solid mixture with half of the kefir over the mixture and incorporate.
Add the remaining solid and liquid mixture, stirring until no lumps remain.
Divide the dough equally into 2 bowls, add cocoa to one of the bowls and mix again very well.
Add 2 tablespoons of each batter into the loaf pan until we finish.
Bake for 40 minutes at 170°C.
Take out, cool down and enjoy!
