For the crust: mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter, transfer the mixture into a 20 cm diameter ring mold, form the base and raise the sides to a height of 5 cm, then bake for 15 minutes at 170 °C.
For the cream: mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then add the yogurt and eggs.
Pour over the prepared biscuit and bake for 80 minutes at 120 °C.
Let it cool and chill for 6 hours.
As desired, caramel can be added on the surface.
Decorate with roasted nuts and enjoy.
