Break the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat well.
Pour half of the milk quantity, add the flour, mix until the composition is smooth without lumps.
Pour the remaining milk, combine together.
Add the grated cheese and divide the mixture into buttered muffin tins.
Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes at 180 °C.
Buns should be received plain on the inside.
Serve with burrata, eggs, avocado, smoked trout, and greens.
